Nonstop2k - Terms of use

By accessing “Nonstop2k” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Nonstop2k”, “https://www.nonstop2k.com”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “Nonstop2k”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “Nonstop2k” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

Nonstop2k is a MIDI hosting service. Registered users of Nonstop2k may submit, upload and post MIDI files, text, comments, and other content, data or information (“Content”), which will be stored by Nonstop2k and may be shared and distributed.

Using Nonstop2k
You are not obliged to register to use Nonstop2k. However, access to certain parts of the Website or our Services is only available to registered users. In addition to this, registered users (“members“) can also purchase a premium upgrade for a certain period of time (currently one month, three months, one year). These users gain additional features and are referred to as “premium members“.

If you decide to upgrade your account to premium you are entitled to 50 premium downloads per premium month. A premium month starts on the moment you have bought your membership and lasts until the same date and time one month later. You can view this date on your premium overview in the edit profile page. Only unique downloads are counted within this period. This means you can download the same MIDI multiple times, but only as long as you have not reached the download limit. In the next premium month downloading a MIDI you have already downloaded does count for another download. Next to 50 premium MIDI downloads, a premium membership also gives you unlimited regular MIDI downloads per day.

The premium fee is one off (ie 1 month or 3 months or 1 year) and is non-reoccurring. A premium membership will expire after the time you've purchased it for. We may contact you once your premium membership is about to end. The membership fee is non-refundable.

The premium and regular MIDI files are the same as you can download as a member or guest. That generally means no full versions, although some files are full. This is indicated on the download page.

As a member or premium member of Nonstop2k you may occasionally receive emails from us regarding issues related to this website. By creating an account you agree to receive these emails from us.

Uploading content to Nonstop2k
By uploading or sending MIDI files to Nonstop2k.com, through this website, via email, via the forum or any other way, you agree to give us the right to distribute and publish these MIDI files.

If you have given Nonstop2k your consent to publish a MIDI as a premium MIDI, for example, but not limited too, by checking the "Premium preference" checkbox on the upload page, the MIDI becomes exclusive Nonstop2k content and may not be distributed or published via any other channel. If you have uploaded your MIDI as a regular MIDI, then we consider our agreement non-exclusive.

After we have received your MIDI, Nonstop2k reserves the right to alter or reject your MIDI or the information provided for this MIDI.

Nonstop2k does not remove any MIDI files from the website unless you are the copyright holder (ie, the original artist or the record label). This means that you cannot request to remove a MIDI you have made if it is not your own track.

Any MIDI file you upload must be made by yourself (uploading MIDI files made by someone else is not allowed) and must be your own MIDI transcription of an existing track, or your own work. The length of your MIDI must not be shorter than 6 seconds, it must be on key and contains as much correct notes as possible. The MIDI contains at least the notes of the melody and bass, or the chords.
