1. Use of Website
- 1.1. The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
- 1.2. You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property and use of MIDI files
- 2.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, audio, MIDI files, and premium products, are the intellectual property of “Nonstop2k” or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- 2.2. You may use the content only for your personal use. You must keep intact all copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices or marks. You may not copy or reproduce any content obtained from this site except for your own personal use. You agree not to alter, modify, publish, distribute, sell, broadcast, transmit, create derivative works from, or edit any content, or use any content to train AI, without the expressed written permission of “Nonstop2k” and/or any appropriate third parties. Any copyright infringement will result in termination of service and possible legal action.
- 2.3. When you download a MIDI with credits or through a premium membership, you are allowed to make one personal backup copy of your purchases. It is also allowed to change tempos, pitches, and possibly instrument/controllers, but only for your own use. This includes the use of our files for your performances (you participate in them).
3. Premium Products, Credits and Custom MIDI files
- 3.1. On “Nonstop2k”, we offer premium products (premium membership) and credits that allow you to access additional content or features. We also offer a custom MIDI making service. These premium products and credits are subject to additional terms and pricing, as specified on the Website. You can find them below.
4. Refund Policy
- 4.1. Since we provide non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds for our credits, premium memberships, or custom MIDI files once the order is confirmed. Please note there is no way to close access to the MIDI files that you have already received.
- 4.2. Upon purchasing credits, a premium membership or a custom MIDI on our site, we will ask you to confirm that you understand and agree to forfeit your right of withdrawal.
- 4.3. As a result, the premium membership fee is non-refundable. Additionally, the purchase of credits is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made if you have not used any downloads from your membership or credits, and your purchase was made less than 14 days before your refund request.
- 4.4. Additionally, the purchase of a Custom MIDI is non-refundable
5. Breach of Terms and Termination
- 5.1. Should it be determined at “Nonstop2k”'s sole discretion that you have violated this user agreement or have demonstrated other inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to:
- Notify you of a breach of terms of service via email.
- Edit or remove any content provided by you.
- Terminate your access to this site with or without notice.
- 5.2. We also reserve the right to notify and fully cooperate with law enforcement for further action and take any other action we deem appropriate.
6. Types of MIDI Files
- 6.1 Our premium MIDI files may be Full Length or Partial. And some may not include drums. This is indicated on the MIDI download page and can be observed by listening to the MIDI audio preview.
- Partial MIDI files do not cover the entire length of the original song. These partial MIDI files are available for 1 or 2 credits.
- Some of our MIDI files do not include drum tracks. If they are full-length, these MIDI files are priced between 1 and 3 credits.
- Full-Length MIDI Files with All Instruments are priced up to 5 credits.
6. Indemnification
- 6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold “Nonstop2k” harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Website, our content or violation of these Terms.
- 6.2 We strive to make all information on the Website as accurate as possible, but we can not guarantee the information is correct. This includes, but is not limited to the audio preview, the length indicated or the icons that indicate whether or not this MIDI is full or has drums.
7. Modifications to Terms
- 7.1. “Nonstop2k” reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing Law
- 8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

Additional "Credits" Products Terms of Use
1. Credit Usage
- 1.1. You can download any premium MIDI file available on the Website using Credits. The Credits value of a MIDI will be deducted from your Credits balance when you download it.
- 1.2. Each MIDI purchased with Credits can be downloaded a total of 5 times.
2. Non-Transferability
- 2.1. Unused Credits or Credits you no longer need cannot be sold, exchanged back to fiat currencies (euros, dollars, etc.), or transferred to another user. Selling your Credits outside of “Nonstop2k” is prohibited without written permission from us.
3. Account Overview
- 3.1. In your account, you can access a detailed overview of all your premium and Credits downloads.
4. Modifications
- 4.1. “Nonstop2k” reserves the right to modify or update these "Credits" Products Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of Credits after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Additional "Premium Memberships" Products Terms of Use
- 1.1. Each premium membership plan offers a predefined number of monthly downloads. The total downloads per month are as follows:
- Premium (1 month): 30 downloads per month
- Premium Pro (3 months): 40 downloads per month
- Premium Legend (1 year): 60 downloads per month
- Premium Supreme (5 years): 60 downloads per month
- 1.2. The credit value for a MIDI does not affect the download count.
- 1.3. Downloading the same MIDI again within the same premium month and before reaching the monthly limit does not consume additional downloads.
2. Membership Duration
- 2.1. You are not tied to a subscription. The premium membership fee is one-time and non-recurring. You have the flexibility to choose the duration of your premium membership at the start, whether it is 1 month, 3 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- 2.2. We may contact you as your premium membership approaches its expiration date to provide renewal options.
3. Account Overview
- 3.1. In your account, you can access a detailed overview of all your premium downloads and credits usage.
4. Premium Month and Downloads
- 4.1. A premium month begins at the moment you purchase your membership and lasts until the same date and time one month later. You can view this date in your account.
- 4.2. Only unique downloads are counted within this period. This means you can download the same MIDI multiple times, but only if you have not reached the download limit for that month.
- 4.3. In the next premium month, downloading a MIDI you have already downloaded will count as an additional download.
5. Included Custom MIDI file
- 4.1. The Premium Legend (1 year) membership come with one free Custom MIDI order.
- 4.2. The Premium Supreme (5 years) membership come with one free Custom MIDI order per year.
- 4.3. The Custom MIDI needs to be ordered during the duration of your membership. When the membership expires it is no longer possible to make use of the free Custom MIDI order.
- 4.4. Even though we commit to a speedy delivery, no rights can be obtained from our estimated delivery times. Nor can “Nonstop2k” be held responsible for any inconveniences, damages or loses caused by late deliveries.
- 4.5. The song that we will transcribe to MIDI can be no longer then 5 minutes.
- 4.6. “Nonstop2k” reserves the right to refuse your Custom MIDI file request. In this case we will ask you to request another MIDI.

- 5.1. “Nonstop2k” reserves the right to modify or update these "Premium Memberships" Products Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of Premium Memberships after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Additional "Custom MIDI" Products Terms of Use
1. Service Description
- 1.1. The Custom MIDI Service provided by “Nonstop2k” allows You to request the creation of MIDI files based on specific songs or compositions of your choice. The Website will endeavor to create MIDI files that align with your provided requirements and preferences.
2. Requesting a Custom MIDI
- 2.1. To request a custom MIDI, You must provide accurate and detailed information about the song or composition for which You require a MIDI file. This may include, but is not limited to, a youtube link, a spotify link or an audio recording.
- 2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that the information You provide is accurate and complete. Any inaccuracies or omissions in your request may affect the quality and accuracy of the custom MIDI file created.
3. Delivery of Custom MIDI
- 3.1. “Nonstop2k” will make reasonable efforts to create and deliver the custom MIDI file to You within a reasonable time frame. The specific delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the Website's workload. We will give you an indication for the delivery time at the moment of your request.
- 3.2. Even though we commit to a speedy delivery, no rights can be obtained from our estimated delivery times. Nor can “Nonstop2k” be held responsible for any inconveniences, damages or loses caused by deliveries later than our delivery date estimation.
- 3.3. Once the custom MIDI file is completed, You will receive it through a method specified by the Website, such as email or download link.
4. Quality Assurance
- 4.1. “Nonstop2k” will strive to create custom MIDI files of high quality and accuracy based on the information provided in your request. However, please be aware that MIDI creation is an intricate process, and the final result may be influenced by the complexity and availability of the source material.
- 4.2. You may have the opportunity to review and request revisions to the custom MIDI file, but such revisions are subject to the Website's discretion.
5. Ownership and Use
- 5.1. You acknowledge that the custom MIDI file created by “Nonstop2k” is an original work and shall remain the exclusive property and content of the Website. You do not acquire any rights, including but not limited to copyright, to the custom MIDI file.
- 5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the custom MIDI file for personal or non-commercial purposes, such as music production or performance. You may not distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the custom MIDI file for commercial gain without the express written permission of “Nonstop2k”.
6. Fees and Payment
- 6.1. The Service may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated to You at the time of your request. You agree to pay the specified fees for the creation of the custom MIDI file.
- 6.2. “Nonstop2k” may modify the fees for the Service at its discretion. Changes in fees will be effective upon posting on the Website.
