Is this a subscription? You are not tied to a subscription. You choose the duration of your membership at the start. When your membership expires you are not charged again. You can extend anytime! Just purchase your next membership whenever you feel like and the end date will be automatically adjusted.

How many MIDI files can I download? Depending on your plan you have 12 or 30 premium MIDI downloads per premium month. With a premium membership, the credit value doesn't matter for the download.

What is a premium month? A premium month starts exactly on the moment of purchase. Every next month starts exactly on the same time, a month later. You can see this information in your account.

Can I use my downloads of an earlier month? Your premium downloads won't rollover to the next premium month. Any downloads you don't use won't be available anymore in your next month.

How to download more MIDI files when I've reached my download limit? To download more premium MIDI files you can purchase credits. Be sure to first check when your next downloads become available. You can see this in your account.

Can I download the same MIDI again? Downloading a MIDI again doesn't cost any downloads as long as it is within the same premium month and you have not reached your monthly limit. In a future month it will cost another download, you will see a message above the download button if you have already downloaded a MIDI.

How do I use my free Custom MIDI? You can use the custom MIDI form and let us known you have a one year plan! You can request any song in any genre as long as it is no longer than 4 minutes and has at least 50.000 views/plays on YouTube or Spotify.
