How can i make a hardcore "screech" like this , (starts from 1:00 )

Btw i use z3ta and Sylenth1.

take a normal styled saw synth and i use cubase so only know how to do it with that....open your midi controller or midi score..... take a pencill so you can draw pitch bend at the end wherever you like how high or how fast.... hope you understand this little texture
